What is the Annke Default Password?
As of 2026, Annke follows a strict "No Default Password" policy for its modern security recorders and cameras. To protect your privacy, Annke requires you to initialize the device by creating a unique password during the very first setup.
However, if you are working with an older legacy unit or have performed a factory reset, here are the credentials to try.
1. Common Factory Credentials (Older Models)
If your system was manufactured before 2018 or is a standalone Wi-Fi camera, try these standard combinations:

2. Modern Systems: Mandatory Initialization
For any Annke Vision or Annke Home series (including 4K NVRs and PoE cameras), the system is shipped in an "Inactive" state.
The Startup Wizard: When you first turn on the recorder, it will automatically launch a wizard. You cannot view cameras or access the menu until you create a "Strong Password."
Password Requirements: Minimum 8 characters, including at least three of the following: uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Default IP Address: For cameras accessed via a browser, the default is typically 192.168.1.64 or 192.168.1.188.1
3. Troubleshooting: When the Default Fails
If you've tried the blank password and admin, and neither works, the system has a custom password. To regain access, you have three options:
The Reserved Email: If you set up an email during the initial configuration, click "Forgot Password" on the login screen.2 You can scan the QR code with the Annke Vision app to receive a 6-digit verification code.3

The SADP Tool: Since Annke uses Hikvision hardware, you can use the SADP Tool on a PC.4 Export an XML request file and email it to support@annke.com. 5They will send you an unlock file (usually within 12–24 hours).

Hardware Reset: Standalone cameras often have a physical reset button.6 Hold it for 30 seconds while the power is on to restore it to the admin/admin state.
4. Important Network Ports
If you are integrating your Annke system with third-party software (like Blue Iris) or a web browser, use these default ports:
HTTP Port: 80
Server Port: 8000
RTSP Port: 554
ONVIF Port: 8000 (Sometimes 8899)
