Installing the Hik-Partner Pro app (the upgraded version of Hik-ProConnect designed for installers and security service providers) follows a very straightforward process. Because it is a security application, it's highly recommended to grab it directly from official sources.
Here is how you can install it across different platforms:
📱 Installing on Mobile Devices
For Android Users
Since Android devices can occasionally face region restrictions on the standard Google Play Store for certain utility apps, you have two secure ways to get it:
Option 1: Official Hikvision App Store (Recommended)
Open your mobile browser and go to the official portal: appstore.hikvision.com
Search for Hik-Partner Pro.
Tap Download to grab the official .apk file directly.
Once downloaded, open the file. If prompted, allow your browser permission to "Install unknown apps" to proceed with the setup.
Option 2: Google Play Store
Open the Google Play Store on your phone.
Search for Hik-Partner Pro.
Tap Install.
For iOS Users (iPhone / iPad)
Open the App Store on your Apple device.
Search for Hik-Partner Pro.
Tap Get and authenticate via Face ID/Touch ID or your Apple ID password to install it.
💻 Can You Install it on a PC?
The short answer is no, there isn't a native Windows or Mac installable desktop app for Hik-Partner Pro. However, you don't actually need one!
If you prefer working on a computer or laptop, you can access the exact same feature suite by simply using your web browser.
Go to the official web portal at www.hik-partner.com and log in with your credentials.
(Note: If your goal on a PC is strictly to view camera feeds and manage on-premise local equipment configurations, you should download iVMS-4200 from the Hikvision website instead).
🛠️ Next Steps After Installation
Once you open the app for the first time, you will need to set up your profile:
Log In / Upgrade: If you previously had a Hik-ProConnect or an OneHikID (ePartner) account, you can use those exact same credentials to log straight in. The system will automatically upgrade your profile.
Register a New Account: If you are new, tap Register. You will need to provide your business email, country, and company name to receive a verification code.
Permissions: Make sure to grant the app Camera access when prompted, as you'll need it to quickly scan QR codes on Hikvision devices for seamless, on-site onboarding.
Are you looking to use the app mainly for remote health monitoring of your clients' systems, or are you trying to activate a brand new NVR/camera kit?
